This is what's included in office cleaning
- Dusting of horizontal surfaces
- Vacuuming of rugs, floors and skirting boards
- Wiping of cupboard doors, switches, light switches, door frames, mouldings, doors and door handles
- Polishing of mirrors
- Emptying of waste bins (combustible or compostable? We make sure it ends up in the right sorting)
- Dusting of picture frames and lamps
- Vacuuming and/or damp-wiping of floors depending on the surface
- Dusting of handrails, banisters and balusters if there's a staircase.
- Small rugs are taken out, shaken and wiped down
Kitchen and dining areas
- The same services as for office areas. In addition:
- Cleaning of tiles/splashback above the worktop
- Cleaning of the outside of the stove
- Cleaning of the microwave, inside and out
- Wiping of household appliances
- Wiping of the outside of the fridge/freezer
- Cleaning of the waste bin
- Wiping of the dining table and chairs
- Cleaning of the sink, worktop and mixer tap
- Wiping and dusting on top of cabinets
Toilets
- The same services as for living areas. In addition:
- Cleaning of any shower area
- Wiping of bathroom furniture
- Wiping of towel hooks and heated towel rails

What does We Clean Green's eco-friendly cleaning mean?
We set high standards for our cleaning and the products we use.
- We only use eco-friendly, eco-labelled cleaning products. We also make sure to use as few chemicals, and as little of them, as possible.
- We use microfibre cloths as a way to reduce the use of chemicals
- We also make sure to choose products with as simple packaging as possible, and to keep the use of things like waste bags as low as possible.
- We see recycling and circular thinking as the foundation of everything we do, and we minimise anything that doesn't fit that.
- We also set high standards for reducing emissions from our travel to and from jobs. We choose electric or fuel-efficient vehicles and plan our routes as efficiently as possible.
Other things that matter to us
- All staff are covered by a collective agreement with sick pay, pension, and are paid for travel time between customers.
- We make sure you have one and the same cleaner who comes back and gets to know your home.
- All our staff speak Swedish – but many of our team also speak several other languages, which we see as a great asset.
- All staff work under a clear confidentiality agreement and follow the Swedish Theft Prevention Association's (SSF) key-handling routines.
- RUT shown on the invoice – simple administration, and we handle the paperwork with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).

Does the RUT deduction apply to office cleaning?
No, the RUT deduction only applies to household services for private individuals. Companies pay by invoice, and the cleaning cost is generally deductible as a business operating expense.
Do your staff have a collective agreement?
