How often should the stairwell be cleaned?
Most cooperatives choose weekly or fortnightly cleaning, often more frequently over winter when grit and slush get tracked in. We'll help you find a schedule that suits the building and the budget.
Does the RUT deduction apply to BRF cleaning?
No, the RUT deduction only applies to household services for private individuals. The cooperative is invoiced directly – however, residents of the cooperative can of course book home cleaning with us and use the RUT deduction themselves.
Do you use eco-labelled cleaning products in the stairwell?
Yes, we use only eco-friendly, eco-labelled cleaning products on every job. It's better for the environment and for everyone who passes through the stairwell every day.
Are your staff on a collective agreement?
Yes, all staff are covered by a collective agreement with sick pay and pension, and are paid for travel time between jobs too. It's a reassurance for both our staff and your cooperative.
