This is what's included in our eco-friendly move-out cleaning
Work we do in every room:
- Cleaning of windows.
- Vacuuming and damp-wiping of woodwork, mouldings, doors, door frames, windowsills, open surfaces, wardrobe doors and cabinet doors.
- Wiping on top and inside of wardrobes, cabinets and bookshelves.
- Wiping of the floor tracks on sliding doors.
- Vacuuming and damp-wiping of radiators.
- Dusting of walls.
- Dusting of electrical outlets.
- Dusting of lamps.
- Polishing of mirrors.
- Removing ash from any tiled stove or open fireplace.
- Wiping of front doors.
- Vacuuming and mopping of floors.
In the kitchen, we also
- Clean the fridge and freezer, inside and out.
- Clean the stove and oven, inside and out, including trays and racks.
- Clean the extractor fan and fan filter (not the carbon filter).
- Clean inside, outside and on top of cabinets, shelves and drawers.
- Clean the tiles/splashback above the worktop.
- Clean under cabinets and wipe down plinths.

Does move-out cleaning qualify for the RUT deduction?
Yes, move-out cleaning of your home qualifies for the RUT deduction of 50 % of the labour cost, up to SEK 75,000 per person per year. The deduction is applied directly when you pay, and we report automatically to the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).
When should I book move-out cleaning?
Book as soon as you know your moving date, especially around month-end when many people move at the same time. That way we can secure a time that fits your handover.
