Delete account
Request deletion of your account
If you want to delete your We Clean Green account, you can do so by sending us an email. We'll process your request as soon as possible.
How to do it
- Send an email to hej@cleangreen.se with the subject line "Account deletion request".
- Include the email address linked to your account in the email.
- We'll confirm your request and begin the deletion process.
What happens when your account is deleted?
- Any active subscriptions are cancelled.
- Upcoming bookings that fall within the free cancellation window are cancelled.
- Any outstanding balance is charged before the account is closed.
- Please note that we retain accounting-related information as required by law.
